Tonight, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Raymond working the drive-thru window. It was the most positive experience I’ve had at this location. Raymond was so personable, kind and efficient. His level of customer service would be a definite asset to any business.
My wife visited the newly renovated Tims in Fall River recently, meeting and chatting with the new owner and was pleasantly surprised with the changes. The store looked great, and the customer experience was significantly better than it had been in the past. We're looking forward to the new owner's store direction and visiting more often 👍
It's tim hortons. 10 years of declining service with no turn around in sight. Only place open at 5am or else i'd go elsewhere
