“This is my favorite Starbucks . I go to work extra early by bus to go here. My coffee tastes better from here. The staff, you wouldn't find staff anywhere else not just any other Starbuck anywhere. They're always extremely kind, helpful, thoughtful . This location is definitely worth going a little bit out of your routine and way just to go to this location.“

“Shout out to the friendly staff and helpful owner at this Tim’s! I placed a very large order for a meeting that was to be picked up at a peek time of day. My order changed a number of times and it wasn’t a problem at all. Went to pick up the order and the owner was there to greet me, everything ready to go . Even assisted me in taking items to the meeting location! Baked goods were delicious while coffee and tea were hot. All condiments provided making the process seamless for me. Most impressive, they provided a milk alternative . Will certainly be stoping at this location again!“

“I've visited many Tim Hortons all over Canada and I have to say this is one of the most cheerful Tim Hortons I've visited in a long time!
On entering, the young man serving was very welcoming and courteous. All the staff actually looked happy in their work and I noticed one young lady was singing behind the counter, which was very refreshing to hear.
The service was excellent with prompt food delivery and no long line to wait in! I ordered a chicken wrap & coffee, which was fresh and tasty.
The inside was clean & tidy and staff seemed very well organized & efficient.
I would definitely return to this Tim Hortons again.

“I don’t get into Tim Hortons very much but when I stopped in this past Saturday morning it was a lovely experience. The $65 order was completely quickly and they accommodated my additional requests without a problem but what I really liked was watching a bunch of regulars who were greeted by name by the manager. It reminded me of what it was like growing up in a small town. Really great experience, thank you“

“Amazing staff, we found a hair in our soup upon opening it. At this point we had already walked all the way down to the gate we intended to depart the airport from. I went back and showed them the chilli. They took it back with no question, sincerely apologized, refunded us money and sent us on our way with some food and a drink. (Couldn’t eat soup as the walk back to Tim’s caused me to get really warm) This is amazing customer service.“

“This was a pretty standard, good Starbucks experience, but the service really made it stand out. The guy who helped me was super friendly and very kind, he even recommended I try the strawberry cold foam, which was a great call. The only downside was that the place could have used some sweeping and some tables wiped down, but it wasn't anything too crazy. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a drink, especially with such a welcoming person at the counter.“

Stopped by this Tim Hortons while travelling today and had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and everything was made perfectly. My drink was exactly how I like it and the food was fresh and hot.

It’s always nice to go somewhere where the team clearly cares about customer service and keeping things running smoothly. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to. I’ll happily be be back when I’m in this area again“

“This Tim Hortons the one in The commons and 2 of the ones on Bedford highway tom hortons have the same owner and are the only time Hortons locations in. The HRM that don't use the to go to good app. That prevents food waste , I don't like that and don't think it's right , and would like to know why ? There are at least 40 to 50 Tim Hortons locations the post on the Ap daily , help me understand why these locations do not“
