“I wanted to say that I had the best McDonalds quality wise last night via the Drive Thru. It was a little busy, but the staff members were attentive, greeted me in a positive manor that’s not common in the food industry these days, and when I say the French Fries brought back childhood memories… so, so good.

Just wanted to give credit for the extra effort shown. It was appreciated“

“Stopped in last Saturday morning after a long drive through Nova Scotia and honestly this Tim Hortons in Fall River was a pleasant surprise. The staff had the double-double ready almost before I finished ordering, which is the kind of efficiency you appreciate when you're back on the road by 7am. The place was clean, the seating area near the window had good natural light, and the coffee was exactly as consistent as you'd expect from Tims, which is sometimes exactly what you need. If you're passing through on the 102, it's worth the quick exit.“

“Extremely busy when we stopped in on a random Thursday morning. A little loud and a little cramped. Felt like we were having coffee with the people at the next table. Staff was great and the drinks were lovely. Ambience was a little modern and sterile for my tastes, but that wouldn't stop me from stopping in again.“

“I go to this Starbucks quite frequently for a coffee or bite in the mornings during the week. The staff are friendly and very energetic considering they are working early mornings and some even have a little conversation with you which makes starting the day great. I’ve never had a bad experience inside the store or drive thru. Customer service is always consistent.“

“Shout out to the friendly staff and helpful owner at this Tim’s! I placed a very large order for a meeting that was to be picked up at a peek time of day. My order changed a number of times and it wasn’t a problem at all. Went to pick up the order and the owner was there to greet me, everything ready to go . Even assisted me in taking items to the meeting location! Baked goods were delicious while coffee and tea were hot. All condiments provided making the process seamless for me. Most impressive, they provided a milk alternative . Will certainly be stoping at this location again!“

Only giving 4 stars because they’re severely understaffed for how busy of a location this is even in the evenings. The wait times are very long compared to other locations with less traffic and more staffing.“

“I've visited many Tim Hortons all over Canada and I have to say this is one of the most cheerful Tim Hortons I've visited in a long time!
On entering, the young man serving was very welcoming and courteous. All the staff actually looked happy in their work and I noticed one young lady was singing behind the counter, which was very refreshing to hear.
The service was excellent with prompt food delivery and no long line to wait in! I ordered a chicken wrap & coffee, which was fresh and tasty.
The inside was clean & tidy and staff seemed very well organized & efficient.
I would definitely return to this Tim Hortons again.

“Amazing staff, we found a hair in our soup upon opening it. At this point we had already walked all the way down to the gate we intended to depart the airport from. I went back and showed them the chilli. They took it back with no question, sincerely apologized, refunded us money and sent us on our way with some food and a drink. (Couldn’t eat soup as the walk back to Tim’s caused me to get really warm) This is amazing customer service.“

I have been quite critical of Tim Hortons restaurants and for very good reasons; poor communications, sloppy service, inaccurate orders, uncaring management and dirty surroundings to name a few. But not this time. Credit must be given where credit is due. This version of Tim Hortons, just outside the Halifax International Airport on Bell Blvd, is a welcome and highly notable exception. It is spotlessly clean, bright, comfortable, welcoming and pleasant. The staff listen and speak with clarity and confidence and are truly attentive to your needs. It demonstrates that Tim Hortons can raise the bar and, indeed, meet it. But to do so they must have a team in place that has the skill and motivation to perform at this level. Unfortunately and sadly so, such is not the case in most of their restaurants“

Stopped by this Tim Hortons while travelling today and had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the service was quick, and everything was made perfectly. My drink was exactly how I like it and the food was fresh and hot.

“This Tim Hortons the one in The commons and 2 of the ones on Bedford highway tom hortons have the same owner and are the only time Hortons locations in. The HRM that don't use the to go to good app. That prevents food waste , I don't like that and don't think it's right , and would like to know why ? There are at least 40 to 50 Tim Hortons locations the post on the Ap daily , help me understand why these locations do not“
