“I’m a Brit travelling around Canada.
I stopped here with my parents to grab some coffee and food, and I found the overall experience great. Clean restrooms too. I’ve only knocked a star off because the staff weren’t very professional. You could hear them talking about their private lives in such a loud manner, and they seemed a bit spaced out when I asked for a French vanilla latte, like I had asked for a solid gold latte or something. The wraps were on the small side though, I can see why they asked me if I wanted another one. All in all though, it was fine.“

“I like this McD's. Most often very clean, typical mix of seniors sipping coffee and families enjoying a meal. Double drivethru. Sometimes drivethru is overwhelmed with demand and you need to park off to the side. Ice Cream is available at leadt 90% of the time I have asked for it“

“Amazing staff, we found a hair in our soup upon opening it. At this point we had already walked all the way down to the gate we intended to depart the airport from. I went back and showed them the chilli. They took it back with no question, sincerely apologized, refunded us money and sent us on our way with some food and a drink. (Couldn’t eat soup as the walk back to Tim’s caused me to get really warm) This is amazing customer service.“

“I go to various Tims restaurants, normally it's great . But today at the Airport location (road going into the airport) ,I waited 15 minutes inside ,before I decided to leave as well as atleast 3 other people and getting served. Only ONE person working there. Not good for business.“
