“My brother in Montreal recently had some meals sent to me from you guys and I’m just finishing my fourth one and I wanted to send a quick message of appreciation!! I was not expecting it and boy am I glad I received it 💗 So far I’ve eaten the turkey dinner, chicken stir fry, chicken noodle and turkey vegetable soup. The portion size has been more than enough, everything has been full of flavour and doesn’t compromise one bit on quality. I have been raving to him by picture and text after every meal about it lol and I was heating the stir fry the other night while I was having some treatment done by a friend and they are someone who’s business orders every week locally! If I remember correctly you use to run the Bean Bank? and my mom and I spent many, many hours in there after the library and you were always so happy and friendly! “Stopped in for a coffee. Great Tim Hortons, clean and friendly staff. They were having some issues with hiring and had to close early, we felt bad for them. despite this, they were still incredibly kind and served us our food very quickly. We would definitely stop in again“

“Love this Tim's, they are an amazing team , but they need more staff. There's always a line and the wait can be annoying. They are in a mall setting and most times they only have one person taking orders and one person making orders. It's crazy how they run around making sandwiches and filling drinks to try to get everything out in an appropriate amount of time and the lines are always long because of no staff. They used to have alot more staff but since covid they are on bare bones. It's a shame because their fast service has suffered. And they need the help.“

I only got coffee so I cannot comment on the food service but I left with a smile on my face from the staff behind the counter, and the member picking up the leaves in the parking!
