“This is the tofu power bowl they have, honestly it was delicious! I was very surprised, it is a great healthy and flavourful option. There were small pieces of fried pickled cauliflower and it was a delight. Tons of tofu and the dressing was perfect. I'm not even vegetarian and this was a great protein packed meal.“

“My family of 8 went to the “Middle Spoon” in the Sunnyside Mall for lunch. We enjoyed a variety of uniquely presented finger foods and very fancy mouthwatering desserts. It was served with hot beverages, chips, fresh fruit and warm SMILES! Our preordered luncheon, will be remembered and talked about for years to come. The service was excellent while the decor and atmosphere made us feel special! We definitely would recommend the “Middle Spoon” restaurants to all our friends and family.
