We ordered 3 drinks to go and were waiting around for a while, assuming our order was missed as several numbers after ours were called up first. A gentleman (assuming the manager) was very apologetic and tried to resolve as quickly as possible but his staff were clearly incompetent, we felt extremely bad for him and he was trying his best to direct everyone but either lack of common sense or lack work ethic prevailed and it appeared to just be him actually doing anything. The service is very good, and the food is delicious. However, the focus on drive-thru is very poor. In the morning, they will take your order quickly from anywhere. At night, the dry-thru is good, but inside the restaurant, sometimes it takes a long time and the staff is small at night, but they do their best. The food is very delicious; I recommend it.

However, there is room for improvement in preparing drinks and ensuring the food, such as the chicken parm pizzas, has sauce and toppings spread to the edges. As a suggestion, the team could work on enhancing their drink quality and team coordination for even speedier service.
