No welcome when we came in - no acknowledgment we were there. Completely ignored for far too long, even though no one was in the restaurant and then rudely told items weren’t available. Was not given alternative options or suggestions or in stock options. The lady at the counter walked away multiple times. Understandably customer service is difficult, but a little personality goes a long way. Not recommending this location.

It's one of the busiest Tim's in the area outside the city so I'm not sure why janitor services would be at a low. The bathroom door handle is almost falling off The donut display shelves are filthy and timbits all across the bottom. It's unfortunate that hygiene and cleanliness has taken a back burner with this and many other locations in the HRM

Yesterday I ordered a scrambled egg croissant with no bacon. It did not show no bacon on the driveway order screen, so I asked a second d time to hold the bacon - but I still had bacon on my croissant. Your bacon sucks. It looks raw (it should be crispy). I was unable to go back and have it fixed because I was working. I was really pissed off.

I love this location it is absolutely the best in all of Nova Scotia! A few in particular that I remember is Riley, Allan And Ashley! The rest of you are absolutely amazing but I cannot remember your names I very much apologize! But this tim hortons will not serve you wrong and if they mess up they are very polite about it and will fix any issues that you may have! Props to you guys!
