“If you like wine, wine tasting, and delicious food, this is the place to be. Domaine de Grand Pre offers wine tasting from red, white, rose, ice wine, and apple ice wine, which was delicious. The restaurant offers a diverse menu for meat and fish lovers, as well as for vegetarians and vegans. It is definitely upper end cuisine and I highly recommend making reservations for lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers cozy seating and fresh flowers are on each table. The service is exceptional, friendly, and professional.“

“I am not sure we could have had a better experience! Wonderful vineyard. Beautiful setting. Nicely crafted wines. Exceptional staff. Bre was our server, and she was engaged and genuinely interested in providing suggestions based on our “wine type”. Bre brought a water bowl for our dogs. A storm popped up and she made sure our sofa was out of the splash zone. The temperature dropped and she provided a nice blanket. Bre was well versed on the grapes and each wine; professional, caring and just plain fun to be with. Each staff member who brought out wine or snacks was personable, friendly and interested in our experience. 10 /10 and Bre especially is a gem. Thank you for making our trip and visit special, we had so much fun! We are taking a half dozen bottles with us back to the states, well done to the entire team.“

“Wow....wow.... The food was absolutely amazing. I had the veggie sandwich of the day with Roasted apples and cheese. I have never ever tasted a sandwich with so much flavor in it ever... it was a delicious combination of flavors with the soup which was a curry/spiced carrot and leak and that was mouth watering too... The wine tasting was delicious and was an awesome experience... will definitely come around again...“

“It was a worthwhile experience to taste a few wines at the winery and enjoy the view of the beautiful Annapolis Valley. The wines tasted different to what you are used to from supermarket wines from Europe, they were fresher and had different flavors. The price was reasonable at 13CAD for three tasting glasses. The outdoor area could be made even more attractive, but the bird deterrent noises were also a bit irritating. (09/2024)“
