I went to buy meat three days in a row after work, but each time the seller (Majid) refused to sell it, citing the fact that it was close to closing time (an hour and a half before the store closed), and postponed it until tomorrow for the third time.

We ordered 1KG beef kebab and 1KG chicken on Uber eats. It was so fresh and tender. 10/10

I’m honestly beyond frustrated at this point.

I ordered the grilled whole chicken on Uber Eats this week and not only did they fail to give us a whole chicken, it was just legs and thighs, but the chicken itself was hard, undercooked, and had absolutely no spice or flavor. Some of the pieces smelled bad and was spoiled and we had to throw them straight to the garbage. That’s completely unacceptable.

What makes this even worse is that I ordered the exact same grilled whole chicken on Uber Eats two weeks ago and it was perfectly fine. That time they included rice, garlic sauce, salad, and pita bread. This time? No garlic sauce, no pita bread, and instead we get dry, undercooked, possibly rotten chicken.

And this isn’t even the first issue. I’ve previously ordered whole chicken raw from them as well, and those were spoiled too. It’s like there’s zero quality control. Sometimes the chicken is good, other times it’s clearly bad. That kind of inconsistency is not okay when it comes to food safety.

Serving spoiled food is serious. They really need to fix their quality control because this is unacceptable.
