I had the pork skewers and they were cooked to perfection. The garlic rice and pickled papaya was a delicious combination with the meat. This is a dinner style restaurant not fancy but fun and friendly.

My family and I had an amazing experience at Ala Eh! during our first trip in Halifax. The staff were so kind and welcoming and the Filipino food are all delicious and comforting. It truly felt like a taste of home. If you are looking for a spot to enjoy authentic Filipino food in Halifax, Ala Eh is the place to be.

This is a little hidden gem. The service was very friendly and it was a joy talking to our server. I had the BBQ pork and it was excellent and make sure you try their spring rolls.

They are best! From their Lomi (Noodle Soup) to Beef Tapa (Beef Marinated Bits), their food is undeniably amazing! The owners and staff are so polite and welcoming! Their hot sauce is homemade, no wonder it’s so good! Satisfied cravings indeed! Our go-to comfort food! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A taste of the Philippines in Halifax. Ala eh! Serves both Philippino and Western dishes. The service is friendly, fast and accommodating at this small mom and pop style restaurant. I had the beef tapa for breakfast. It was served with garlic rice, sweet pickled papaya, 2 eggs, and some veggies and sauce. It was a perfect mix of salty sweet and tangy.

Super Reliable kausap lalo na pag dating sa oras! Masarap ang lumpia siksik at ndi puro hangin at wrapper. We like their pansit, ndi dry at luto ang gulay ndi matigas. We like their BBQ super malambot! keep up the good work, Ala Eh Eatery Crew. wag kayo magbabago kahit dumami customers nyo. Dont sacrifice you quality. More Customers to come!

Have you ever felt nostalgic about a place and tasted something that instantly brought you back there? Food can be a time machine. The dish I had tonight at ALA EH! did that for me, making me feel like I was back in Boracay in 2020.

The food and staff were exceptional! We had the Pancit, BBQ pork skewers, and pork belly which were all delicious. Would especially recommend the BBQ pork skewers. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
