Basic baked goodies (almond honey croissant was weak, chocolate croissant (they call it chocolate avalanche) was basic) but great sandwich (got the turkey mayo, was toasted in panini press and was fantastic). Server was a bit distracted even though I only ordered a basic black coffee but overall, would come back for another
The place looks comfy and the food great but the service is terrible. I tried ordering an iced chai latte from an already irate staff. She said after making me wait there was no ice and if it's ok to give me an ordinary chai latte without ice, I said no and if she could just give me the refund, after she said they don't give refunds I asked if I could exchange the price of the iced chai with a muffin if they cost the same, she proceeded to give me a lecture if I wanted...
