Knew that there would be live music playing but could not have anticipated the amazing show that Mike Cowie & John Alphonse and their band put on- it even got some up and dancing. What a blast! The place was packed with what would seems like mostly regulars who knew where to find great music.

Very nice and attentive service even when it's busy! The live music was wonderful too
First visit to Halifax. I was looking for Gaelic music, or maybe blues. Everyone said to go here. So I did.
No Gaelic music, no blues. Instead I found THE GREEN REFLECTORS, two brothers (Kyle & Aaron) blasting out original rock songs at thermonuclear volume. Great stuff! Reminded me of the infamous CBGB's and Mud Club of 1980 NYC! (Yeah, I lived there at the time, and I'm old enough to remember them fondly.)
At Bearly's I rocked, everyone rocked, even the wait staff boogied around between tables while delivering drinks. This place is great. Don't miss it if you visit Halifax. Next time I'm here I look forward to hearing some of the blues music it's famous for. I just hope it's as much fun as The Green Reflectors.

Haven't tried the food but the service is amazing. I really like going there on Wednesdays for Comedy Night and Karaoke!
