The staff was very nice. The restaurant food was wonderful. They put us in a room on the bottom floor where you could access the outside. I think those rooms are what they use for when people bring their dogs to the motel. Everything in the room was clean, except for it smelt bad and the carpet was disgusting. I wouldn’t take my shoes off. I most likely won’t ever stay there again.
I rarely leave reviews, but I had to recognize the outstanding service from EVAN at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, they were patient, attentive, and exceptionally professional. Their positive attitude and willingness to help genuinely elevated my entire hotel experience. Employees like this are the reason guests return. Management should be proud to have someone who represents the hotel with such excellence and care.
