I would call this place an example of a small cozy café with pleasant unobtrusive music that suits the place, and with tasty coffee menu.We ordered Americano Misto & Cafe Au Lait. Two different muffins(berry) & two cookies(chocolate, caramel-ginger). Cookies were normal but I really liked muffins more. Much more, they were very tasty and soft. And I really liked their coffee, I tried both.In addition, in the second menu there are many different options to eat, we did not order fool food here, but when the cook was preparing something, I smelled a very pleasant smell, something between cheese and caramel.Although I prefer to constantly find new places, I will definitely return here from time to time. And I advise you to do the same.

Such a cute spot! Finally got to try their cookies today (chocolate chip, oatmeal toffee chocolate chip, and ginger) and they were all fantastic. The sandwiches must be good too because they go quickly!

We loved the atmosphere and fresh breakfast food. The special was apricot French toast and it was delicious. Coffee was so yummy too!

Friendly workers and not hungry for tips (they don't have a pre set on their tip feature on their machine) Pure amazing service and actually deserve 15%+

Grabbed an Americano and cookie while walking around the area. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The cafe was so cute, with a handful of table/chairs throughout. Went late morning so it wasn’t too busy. The coffee was probably the best we had while in Halifax (we hit up several places over a few days).

Just a wonderful little cafe in downtown Halifax. The vegetarian breakfast taco was so good - stuffed with scrambled eggs and veggies, surprisingly large (at least 6 inches), and lightly grilled (almost panini press style). The yogurt w/ granola & fruit contained unsweetened yogurt, which was a nice surprise, because sometimes those parfait mixes are way too sweet. Blueberry oatmeal muffin was pretty good; not memorable, but not disappointing. The staff was very kind and helpful. There's additional seating upstairs, where it was much quieter than downstairs. Compared to other options in the downtown area, the prices here amount to a tremendous value

Strange rules for such a small cafeteria. It has an 11 am breakfast rule. No eggs after that time. It reminded me of McDonald’s in the late 80s. Such a disappointment.

We stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday morning around 0900. We were served and seated immediately. Note that seating is limited here. We had two breakfast wraps, as well as a raspberry streusel muffin and an Earl Grey/cardamom bun. Along with coffee and tea. Everything was fresh and delicious, and overall we felt we got a lot for what we spent. Would definitely return here.
