Delicious brunch! I went with the beef tartare to start and the tuna Niçoise salad and it was so enjoyable:) This was my first brunch experience at Cafe Lunette, and won't be the last! Great brunch menu:)
Had a great birthday celebration for my daughter and a friend. They were super accommodating, on changing the reservation, moving us to another table. The food is really good, French classics all around and really well executed. Birthday presents were a great way to start our day the next morning!
My third visit to Cafe Lunette and as before, it was a delight. Excellent food, experienced and very personable waiter. Except for the noise from a few loud tables, it was a very pleasant luncheon. Thankfully, there was no loud music playing!!
We had a very enjoyable experience at Café Lunette. The food, the decor, and the staff were all excellent. It is a lively and bustling restaurant, especially for brunch.
Fantastic French style restaurant right on the Halifax waterfront. Amazing place for brunch, lunch and dinner. Service was top notch. Lattes, danish, French onion soup, steamed mussels and lots of other tasty items.
I'll equipped to be doing a New Year Eve set menu for the price they charged. The food was great, there was 3 courses but the time between courses was absolutely way too long. Our server was I'm sure trying his best, but he didn't really know how to answer any of my questions about the menu and kind of just talked around my questions without providing an answer at all. The table beside us was nearly served their main before they even got their starter. I had to wait 20 minutes to get both drinks I ordered, granted the restaurant was full, but it's small, even when full, the bar wouldn't be that backed up. We were there for 3.5 hours, I want to say maybe an hour of that was actually eating time, the rest just waiting. We love all other restaurants in the Queens Marque, and hadn't been to Cafe lunette yet, I guess they can't all be winners. It was definitely a miss, and we likely won't return. $350 bill and to leave pretty disappointed.
Cold food, poor service and the acoustics of a new york subway.

One of the best places to eat in Halifax. The staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely care about their customers. The food and coffee always exceed expectations. I highly recommend it — this place is definitely on my top list.

We had a pleasant visit to Café Lunette with mixed feelings overall. The service was attentive, quick, and professional, and the atmosphere was nice and comfortable.
We ordered the Seared Salmon, Œufs Bénédicte, London Fog, Cappuccino, and Pain au Chocolat. The Pain au Chocolat was excellent — easily the highlight of the visit. The drinks were also very good, and the overall taste of the food was enjoyable.
However, the Seared Salmon was disappointing for the price. At $35, the portion was quite small and the plate was mostly fries, which didn’t feel like good value.
Overall, it was an okay experience with some standout items, but the pricing versus portion size could be improved.

By far, the best chai latte I've ever had (made with Oatmilk). Very friendly staff. I look forward to my next visit!

I really had good experience in Cafe Lunette. I was celebrate my Birthday and got perfect dinner and enjoyed beautiful place in Halifax.
Café Lunette is a really lovely place. We had brunch there to celebrate my friend and I's birthdays. I come from France and I can say the food was really good. What I loved most was the service, the waitress was absolutely lovely. It was a bit noisy but of course that's not something you can do anything about.. The overall atmosphere was nice.
