“Scanway is the utmost in class and quality ! I had planned a party of 50 peops for my husbands 75th birthday, in Dec 2021. As the time grew closer and Covid became more active, I downsized it to a private dinner for 10, and Raj at Scanway was so lovely about it, then 2 weeks later, I cancelled it completely as again we were nervous of Covid, again Raj was so so nice. A couple of days (literally a couple of days) before his birthday I emailed Raj and said I feel so bad not celebrating this big birthday, I'm sure it's too late but if at all possible could we do the party for 10? (He then reminded me it could only be 9 guests plus the chef to say within the 10 - perfect !!) Well.....he was amazing !! Of course !! Was his answer, he made it fun, he made it soo easy, it was absolutely everything and more than what we hoped for. The Chef took all Covid safety precautions VERY seriously, the food was so so delicious and served hot hot hot. The presentation was so much more than I could have hoped for. Before each course the Chef would tell us what was coming and all the wonderful details of each dish. One of the dishes included beautiful steaks and each one done to perfection for the guests preference, AMAZING !! Our guests absolutely raved about the food and the evening. We will definitely do it again!!“
“We used Jane's Next Door as the caterer for our wedding. The staff was very patient and understanding with our requests and everything was delicious and well made. Would highly recommend them as a catering company.“

Reta's is a delightful spot where every dish bursts with flavor and the service is always warm and welcoming. From the first bite to the last, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. It's a quiet, cozy place that lets you truly enjoy your meal and the company you're with. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing dining experience with amazing food!
I wish the plating of the duck dish would be a bit different. We couldn't enjoy the sauce much without ordering the sourdough bread. Also if spoons were provided without asking as the sauces go to waste and we cannot enjoy them with the fork so the amazing sauces are wasted.“
“Stopped in to pick up some fresh pepperoni on the way home. Had a sample of pastrami at the cash and on my way to my truck, turned around and went back in for half a pound. Didn’t last 24 hours in our house. The best deli and staff around!“

“I love Saute. I get their personalized meals, hand delivered to me every week. The food is fresh and delicious. There is a nice variety too. Whenever i have trouble with rue website they are quick to help and super accommodating. I think is a great conscientious -and local! - business. High recommendations for them.“

“Horrible customer service, probably the worst I have ever encountered to be honest. If you enjoy being belittled, being called a liar, and spending 3 hours on a takeout fiasco LOOK no further this is the place for you. Make sure you repeat what you are ordering SEVERAL times. Make sure they repeat it back to you SEVERAL times. If you order something and receive something you did not order, you may get them to agree to bring you what you did order, HOWEVER, you will be called a liar. You will be asked prove they are at fault for the mistake or they will hold your replacement food hostage in your parking lot. You may have to snatch the food you paid for out of the driver's hands. I am not joking. I am speaking from personal experience.“
“Food was delicious. Ordered rice and noodle dish, and although their noodle seem to be more popular, I still prefer their rice bowl. Their noodle soup was a bit blend compared to the rice bowl but it was still 9.5/10.Dropped one star because it doesn’t feel like eating in a restaurant. More like a food court instead.All in all, one of those chinese hidden gem in the city worth to check out!“
“We chose a wedding venue that had RCR Hospitality as its food and beverage provider. Working with them all throughout the planning process was a total breeze - Ayla Lucey is a pro, and settled any nerves I had about the set up. Their team worked tirelessly on the day to ensure the room was set up, and their service of food and drinks was great. Despite not having a tasting, I was so pleased that the food was delicious. The best gift was not having to worry about a thing on the day. Highly recommend!“

“You will not find better customer service anywhere in the city. Rudy’s is the PLACE to go for lunch in Halifax. The food is delicious (the tomato bisque soup is the best soup I’ve had in awhile) and Rudy and his team are so friendly, always ensuring you leave with your stomach full and a smile on your face. Could not recommend this place more!“
