Chatime is a comfortable spot with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, offering a couch and other comfortable seating. The store is pretty clean overall. It is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink, with multiple places to charge a phone and even games available.
Customer service is consistently excellent and outstanding. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, polite, kind, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. They know the products very well and give good recommendations. Service is really quick. One staff member in particular is noted for a positive attitude and a smile, which adds to the overall vibe.
Drinks are consistently good and perfectly made. Specific favorites include the Roasted Milk Tea, brown sugar milk tea, and the Hawaiian fruit tea with popping strawberry pearls. The pudding is also great. The brown sugar milk tea is good and not so sweet. Some personal preferences note that the Thai Milk Tea could have a stronger flavour and that the Taro smoothie lacks the taro flavour. Overall, it is a great bubble tea shop and one of the best Chatime visits, highly recommended.
