The young lady who was working this afternoon was extremely patient while taking my order. She gave me clear answers to all my questions, and the whole experience was really pleasant. Thank you！
This place has definitely improved since it first opened. The very first time we ordered, right after they opened, they got my order totally wrong, which was a bit of a rough start.
However, they seem to have found their rhythm now. The service is decent and the speed is fine. It’s pretty much what you’d expect from a Chatime, the flavors are average and consistent with the brand. It’s a solid, reliable spot for bubble tea.

Went into the store today to get mango qq drink. They ran out of jelly and ask if we could substitute it and we picked rainbow jelly. They Added extra charge I know it’s 0.25 cent but tell me instead of sneaking it in there and tell me after I ask why you charging me when they said they ran out of jelly choose something else. Just be careful of the extra charges that they don’t tell you.

Chatime is a reliable bubble tea spot that has improved over time. It offers consistent flavors and decent service, making it a good place to enjoy bubble tea. The store is cute and convenient for resting while shopping. However, some issues include running out of ingredients like jelly and adding extra charges without clear explanation. The seating could be more comfortable and there could be more places to sit and relax. Overall, it’s a simple, solid place for bubble tea.
