Went there the other night and it was disgusting. The meat they brought out was frozen and if it wasn't frozen it was chewy. It also took them awhile to bring out the food which I didn't understand as we were the ones cooking it at our table and also the only ones in there for awhile.
The place was so dirty. We accidentally spilled some water so used some paper towel to clean it and the dirt that came off the table with just water was crazy.
The only bathroom was a shared bathroom with other companies in that building and it was up two flights of stairs and was filthy.
Also, I know it's all you can eat but $45 ($52 with tax) for one person is wild.
Will not be returning. Way better Korean BBQ on Quinpool or other spots in Bedford.

Nice Chinese restaurant for all Nova Scotia, I would say for all atlantic provinces. Fried rice is better. I didn't it this kinda fried rice in Canada. The food is really good, also price. I recommend everyone to go there.

The staff members are genuinely kind, welcoming, and caring, making guests feel at home. The food is enjoyable and satisfying. The adult admission costs $45 plus tax. However, it would be wonderful if there could be a bit more attention paid to maintaining the cleanliness of the place, as it would significantly enhance everyone's experience.

I am shocked at how many good reviews this place is getting. Food is good. The place used to be really good but my god it is filthy dirty inside. It smells of heavy grease and oil that makes me cough. How are the workers able to be in there? Health hazard anyone? Definitely not going back again until they clean it up.

I’ve been looking for a new AYCE Korean BBQ place for a little while now and Cheelin hits all the aspects I was looking for! Very friendly staff, great selection of food to grill as well prepared items like noodles and chicken wings. I took my dad there for his birthday with my girlfriend and we all had a blast! Can’t wait to go there again with some friends for an amazing meal and time.

I wanted to like this place. Had lunch with a friend two weeks ago on a Saturday around 1pm. Not sure it if was the time but first we had to signal that we were there before we were seated (we were the only ones in the place). We came for the Korean BBQ option and the menu was confusing. We had to clarify our options several times before ordering. My first entree was beef was so tough, I couldn't eat it. I was offered another option. This one was tenderer but had no flavour. The kimchi, which I didn't think could ever taste bad, was tasteless and the other items are not worth mentioning. We had an amazing experience at another venue/owner on Barrington St. in Halifax so granted, our expectations were high but this place didn't even scratch the surface. I think it is usually a Chinese restaurant and now venturing into Korean BBQ because that cuisine is popular now, but they should probably stick to the cuisine they know or get an authentic cook. The server was nice, so not his fault for the food. Cannot recommend.

We have been going to Cheelin for the past few years. It is the best Korean BBQ that I have found in Halifax. From the customer service to the offerings in food, everything has always stood out to me. The fact that everything is all you can eat is another cherry on top. It’s a 10/10 from me and my friends, and I’m sure it won’t disappoint you!!! ❤️

The staffs specifically ( Kuzz and Diff) are very accomodating and they were so kind. We came from different province just to visit this place. This was recommended by our friend, and it was indeed highly commendable.
