“Service was fantastic, it isn’t a true sit down restaurant but the service feels like it is. Very friendly staff and got our food very quick.

The food was amazing, the Mac and cheese was great and my Nashville sandwich was fantastic although it definitely had some kick.

The atmosphere was cozy but comfortable and felt right for the type of restaurant it is.

“I eat a lot of shawarma all over the city. I’m no expert but I know what I like and city shawarma is the best in Halifax and area. I always have the Syrian chicken so that’s all I can speak to but it is 10/10 every time. Never dry. Great flavour. Wrap thin and crispy. Good garlic sauce. Love these guys and love having them in my neighbourhood. Hope they’re here for a very very long time.“

“The restaurant is predominately consistent with my orders. The food is usually fresh with their spicy meat being the best. Employees are friendly as well and they will help you if there was a mistake with your order on their side. One of them being Baljeet Kaur who always greets me whenever I enter. The music the staff plays also adds to the atmosphere making it cool spot!“

“I just have to say I was very impressed at KFC Halifax Shopping center. I went there for lunch and for dinner, and the employees had a smile on their face, very friendly and quick to assist me. I definitely wouldn’t choose anywhere else but this restaurant.“

I made the rest of the feast at home. The chicken in the bucket was more expensive than the rest of the feast. It was delicious, just more than 2$ per piece.“

“Today we visited a KFC restaurant with our family, approximately between 8 and 9 PM. While my husband stepped out with our youngest child, I stayed with our two other kids. Within seconds, I slipped and fell on the wet tiled floor. A staff member was mopping the floor with an extremely wet mop, casting annoyed looks in our direction. She did not place any visible yellow warning signs nearby — one was placed in the restroom, and another I only noticed far away near the exit, nowhere near where we had been walking. My son ended up bringing a sign from the restroom and placing it at the slippery spot himself.

As a result of the fall, I suffered a groin strain and pain in my calf muscle. It has now been two hours since we got home, and I still feel discomfort. The floors were wet and slippery with visible water, and we warned other guests to be careful as we were leaving.

This was a dangerous situation caused by the staff’s negligence, and it could have led to a more serious injury. The incident should be visible on your security cameras. Please take this seriously — wet floors without proper signage pose a real risk to customers.“

“This 5-star review is entirely for Jenn. She is amazing.
I work in the mall and often place online orders. When Jenn is working, my order is always prepared on time. On other days, online orders often aren’t checked unless I go to the store and ask.
Jenn is the only one who consistently makes sure everything is ready, and it makes a big difference.“
