Name has changed to Seaport Social. Blazingly good ribeye. Well recommended for a hotel restaurant that holds high quality. Worthy enough for a revisit.

Food was superb as was the service. I am not sure I like the new wide open feel of the place. A little echoey. I had calamari and lamb shank with a yummy drink as part of Done Around. The new name is The Seaport Social.

We ordered the four course Mothers day meal from Elements, it was exceptional. Easy to prepare with so many exquisite touches. Allison was the lady we ordered from, pleasant great job Allison

We were very excited to eat here for my daughters birthday, as it has great reviews, a menu that excited her, and looks like an nice place to celebrate. We made a reservation online. Thought we had her birthday dinner taken care of. Walked there in the rain in time for our reservation. It is closed. Also, it is in a hotel, which is helpful to know when looking for it. Fortunately, after standing in the rain outside making many phone calls, we were able to eat somewhere. I hope the owners take responsibility and choose to manage their online presence.

We made a reservation online via open table for this place for my daughters birthday. We walked there from Hotel Halifax. It was closed!!! It almost ruined her birthday. Last minute reaervations during covid 19 in Halifax, while standing in the pouring rain, was awful!!!!

When we arrived restaurant wasn't open despite OpenTable reservation. If you close your restaurant due to Covid19, update your reservation settings on OpenTable booking system.

My family and I stayed the weekend at the Westin and let me tell you, the breakfast buffet is not to be missed! Not only was our server, Jose, amazing but the food was excellent! One of the best deals in Halifax for sure!

Had a wonderful breakfast with a lot options to choose from! Buffet breakfast had waffles, smoothies, omelettes, and more. Not to mention great service from our server Jose. Would totally come back.

I loved eating at Elements! The food was great, and the service was incredible! The servers were very attentive and very friendly. The server Jose in particular made my experience at Elements very enjoyable. It’s definitely, in my opinion, one of the best places to eat breakfast in Halifax. I will be coming back!

It was my first time eating the breakfast buffet. I've been a Halifax local for 20 years and I'm glad I've finally found this place! Best bang for your buck for a buffet, a huge selection with extremely friendly staff. Our waiter, Jose, was everything you want in a waiter and he should get a raise.

Very relaxing atmosphere; you could carry on a conversation without having to yell. The food portions were very adequate thanks to being able to order half portions. The only complaint was that a small portion of the chicken was dry & very chewy. Over all the food was good & hot when the meal arrived. A good experience!

My friend and I arrived for our reservation a bit early, and saw that the restaurant was very quiet with only one table occupied. The hostess seemed really confused when we mentioned the booking and said that the restaurant was closing at 11. Our booking was for 11 a.m., so that didn't seem right. I asked if they were closing for a private function, but she said, no, they close every day at 11. Turns out if you want to enjoy the food at elements at lunchtime, you have to eat in the lobby. Fun tip: McKelvie's has a lovely lunch menu and they don't make you eat in the foyer. We recommend it highly.
