Food is deeply intertwined with culture, and culture cannot exist without people. During my recent dining experience, I forgot to ask for the name of our server. However, I must mention that she treated us like her own family and ensured that we received the same level of service as everyone else. She even went out of her way to share Chinese culture with guests from other nationalities.
