“We tried this restaurant for the first time for supper. The food was excellent! Everything was beautifully presented, arrived hot, and very tasty. The Beef Rendang was a particular highlight of the meal. Our server was excellent as well - both friendly and professional. We enjoyed people-watching while sitting on the patio. Our only complaint would be that there was an unusually long wait between our appetizers and our main courses, with no explanation or updates from our server. However everything else was top notch so we would definitely return.“

“Easily one of the best and most underrated Asian food places in Halifax. Second time coming here, still a favourite! We ordered spicy beef skewers, king oyster mushroom skewers, spicy potato stirfry (YUM), the beef noodles and every single item was AMAZING and had the Schezuan peppercorn tingle to it! We got the peach drink too, and that was so good! Late night hangouts are definitely better because of this place!“

“I came last year and remember how much I liked it and came back. Love the rice and crispy chicken with sweet and sour sauce. Took the regular size and ate it all! I’m a petite women so I’d say for a man you definitely a bigger size . It’s next to Shop Santé.“

“I celebrated my baby’s first birthday at Barrios, and we had an amazing experience. The food and service were outstanding…they were very professional, accommodating, and responsive. A big thanks to Kuya Chris, who helped a lot in making my baby’s celebration organized and smooth-flowing. And to the chef/owner, Kuya Nino…all the food was terrific! My guests were very happy and satisfied. Highly recommended!“
