Great food! Probably one of the best ramen noodles in NS. I understand, though, why it takes time for your orders to get served because when we dined there, it was a one-man-army show; food server, cook and cashier is done by one person. The place is tight and there's only street parking in the nearby vicinity. Public parking is a bit of a walk.
This is the noodle house Halifax was missing. Sit at the counter and watch the action. Fast service and extremely flavorful food. Get your slurp on. And don't be afraid to go without the broth. The saucy noodles are even better.

The ramen is very good. Two things though - veggie ramen should really come with tofu. I also did not find the mild spice mild so in the future would just say no spice.Food aside, I’ve ordered takeout here multiple times now and the service is always off. If you’re a few min later than expected you get an overly aggressive call asking if you’re still coming. One time I came to pick up my food and it was still 30 min before close on a Sat night.
