Me and a friend of mine came here yesterday to go for their 2 or more deal, on medium pizzas, to bring home to him and my other friend who was deciding to give the chain a try for the first time in years. We were told that we were only allowed 2 toppings each on a medium pizza, which was not stated on the sign. It took us about 10 minutes of discussing with the cashier, who didn't seem to understand us, before he revealed this. After that, we then ordered a large pizza - half Grecoworks (Greco's version of The Works), half Mighty Meaty (Greco's version of Meatlover's). We attempted to give a $1 tip, and after it went through...The price went from about $29 and change...To about $59 and change.My friend pointed this out, and the cashier's response was to pretend like he didn't know what he was talking about, before then admitting that you - for some reason - cannot give a $1 tip despite the "choose your own amount" tip option. After another 5 minutes of discussion, he just accepted the original payment with 0 tip. After that ordeal, we just hoped the food would be good...Though I felt I knew why the only other "customer" was a delivery person picking up a few already-made pizzas.We should have known from the ordeal trying to order, that it wasn't worth the money...The toppings are okay, nothing to write home about, but nothing horrible. And the cheese is passable. But the thing that brings the food down to one star worthy is the sauce. I don't know if they have a different recipe than the last time I went here, I don't know if they accidentally mislabeled the bottle, I'm not sure what happened, but the "pizza sauce" tasted, looked, and stained exactly like BBQ sauce rather than anything that's even touched tomatoes. It overwhelmed the taste of everything else and made an otherwise perfectly serviceable pizza turn out to be just plain gross.I came here a few weeks ago for a slice, and it was perfectly fine...I don't know what happened, but something did, and whatever happened was drastic. Disgusting meatball sub ?...took about 15 minutes to make, but the meatballs were obviously days old... like they had left them on the counter for a few days... Dried out, gross and inedible...... Being honest this sub was actual garbage... Got home, took one bite and threw it in the trash ??Don't buy your subs here unless you want to spend $20 to throw their garbage out for them.

Staff is very friendly (except the manager) but this is a very poorly managed location!They give us the wrong order almost 100% of the time, although they are nice about fixing it, it's a huge pain to have to go back every single time you try to order from here.Compared to other locations, they give you very little sauce! We've tried this place about 6/7 times since it opened (we love Greco lol) and they've gotten our order wrong about half the time. They also sometimes don't use enough sauce so the pizza can be pretty dry/lacking flavour. Wait time is also pretty long for a pizza.That said, they are very friendly and welcoming staff. They likely need better training, seems like poor management. It's OK.

Greco as a brand is one I liked since I was a kid. Their sauce is much sweeter than most which can be quite divisive for some but I don't mind it, and they offer lava cakes as a dessert which pretty much seals the deal for me when I'm craving something sweet.I'm not sure if this is a store ownership issue or a franchise issue, but they have no idea how to use the Uber Eats app. They have a "Build your own pizza" menu option with absolutely no customization options which completely defeats the point. You can't even order a simple pepperoni pizza from them aside from the "pepperoni duo" which has you paying and receiving extra pepperoni when all you might want is a plain jane pepperoni pizza. Or maybe one with just bacon. Or maybe a half-and-half.
