So I had time to kill and went in for a sample. Their amber rum is like butter. Totally under priced go grab as much as you can carry. My freind told me about their cream liqueurs and they are good but cream mutes the complexity and we aren't children.
My family and I attended the 3pm distillery tour today (August 18th) with Dan and it was such a wonderful experience! His knowledge of the craft and humour made it such an enjoyable tour. We ended up sticking around longer than we had planned and couldn’t leave without a few bottles of our favourites from the day.I will definitely be recommending this to others looking for a fun afternoon.

I was here in August 2019 and ordered the sampler. I loved the experience and the atmosphere. I recently stopped by (October 2020) and the sign on the door said closed except for deliveries (thanks Covid). I was a little disappointed. I feel like Google needs to be updated because I did look to see when it would be open and it didn't mention this. I live 30 minutes out of town and came to town specifically for this.
