This was my first time at The Cannery, Bedford Row in downtown Halifax. I was greeted by friendly staff and my first thought was of the cleanliness of the restaurant and the staff were sharply dressed. The ambiance was chic and it was decorated in classy high end furnishings. I choose a both, yet still had a great view of Halifax harbour. We have had the marvelous experience of having breakfast two days in a row at The Cannery. What made the experience exceptional? Bridgitte! She is so gracious, friendly, attentive, and kind. While food and atmosphere are of course essential, it is the people who make dining in a restaurant a delight, and that is precisely what Bridgitte did for us. We are grateful to have met her!
