I used to LOVE Kelly’s Deli! I still do I hope this was a one off! I now live 4 hours away and was passing through and thought it would be great to grab some classic pizza subs!
Anyway I took one bite and realized quickly that it wasn’t pizza sauce the young guy put on my sub! What was more troubling is that it was some BBQ sauce that I feel might have contained an allergens that numbed the mouth out!
Hopefully the next time I visit I can amend this review and would hope the young weekend staff will not mix up sauces that can impact allergies

I do not make reviews but every time I eat this place I consider it. Go there now get the cold cut with everything on it and get the soup of the day for $14 do it and you will not regret it

If you’re looking for a great sub, this is the place! The lovely young men who served me on Sunday were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The sub was top quality, made with rich, flavorful toppings and a lot of variety, all layered perfectly on fresh bread. Excellent customer service and an all-around great experience. Highly recommend! And locally owned !

1 STAR HONESTLY IF I GOES HIS LESS I WOULD!!! I went there a few days ago the customer service was alright except the girl at the counter was on her phone when I showed up. The ingredients seemed like a day old or 2 honestly, Then at the end when I went to pay I seen a rat at the back door I, DONT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SOME WEIRD DISEASE.

I don’t know what happened at Kelly’s Deli, but it felt like the food was actively trying to fight me. My sandwich looked like it lost a battle with a lawnmower, the bread was so dry I’m pretty sure it was seconds away from crumbling into ancient dust, and the cheese had the personality of a wet napkin.
The service? Let’s just say my server disappeared so completely I thought they’d been abducted by aliens. By the time someone finally noticed me, I had aged emotionally by at least three years.
If you’re hungry, go literally anywhere else. If you’re not hungry, go somewhere else anyway—Kelly’s Deli might make you lose your appetite for the rest of the week.
Would not recommend unless you enjoy disappointment wrapped in bread.

Well, it’s Kelly’s Deli! One of the debatable “top 3 sub spots in hrm” ( the other two being “two boys” and keizers)
As you walk in, you are met with a long narrow store which naturally leads you to the sandwich/ sub boards to initiate the construction of your home style subway- ish masterpiece 👌.
I was pretty excited for this place so I went for a small smoked meat sub AND a “Brother’s cold cuts” full size sub 😊- that’s right, a goddamned sub and a half got stuffed into this gullet!
Smoked meat was toasted with Swiss, accompanied by classic mustard and pickle… it was delectable.🤤
Second was the classic brother’s cold cuts and yeehaw, this was a little trip into flavour-town. I asked for all the vegetables, and it did not disappoint. Delicious sub. What stood out from the comp was the bread for me. It was fresh, fluffy and held the package together nicely.

After all three reviews are posted, I will break down who is my fav and why. But each shop has something as a + to offer

The food is always so good . We travel hrs to eat here.
Kelly’s Deli makes some awesome subs super fresh, loaded up, and always hit the spot. You can tell they don’t skimp on the toppings, and everything tastes great. The staffs are pretty chill and cool too, which makes it a nice, laid-back place to grab a bite.
