Really good Italian food - old favourites with delicious additions. They make their own pasta and its excellent. There is a copious wine list - we had a Barbera that was extremely good. The service was cheerful and helpful and the atmosphere is definitely old world. If you go make sure someone has the gelato dessert - a gorgeous confection of fresh raspberries, gelato, raspberry syrup and a special macaron on top - a visual and taste delight. Food was good, if a bit pricey and the atmosphere is great. My biggest issue any time I have been here is it has been extremely busy, which leads to order mix-ups, and it feels the smaller tables are lost or forgotten among the large tables.
The food was next level, desserts did not disappoint in any way. We had no drinks. The ambience was great, but the lights to the whole room kept dimming and brightening randomly - seems like an easy fix however. I wish I remembered our server’s name, because she was utterly fantastic!
