They have the best croissants in Halifax, but their hours are very strange. I have come at 12 - 2 pm many times and almost always they are closed even though the schedule says they are open. It is very strange and pointless.

Ordered a large latte and was very sad to find this when I got to work. Half a latte for the price of a large :(

The cardamom iced latte was good but the blueberry tart was underwhelming & the vanilla custard wasn’t flaky it was soggy and the custard had an egg taste that we didn’t enjoy.
Great ambience. Very cozy. Loved the croissants.

Nice place to have breakfast. We tried the almond croissant and the ham and cheese croissant. The almond croissant was a little overbaked. Other than that, everything else was good.

Every single time I come here, it’s closed. Not for Sunday’s or holidays either, just days and times without their regular operating hours. It used to be my little guy’s favourite place, but now every time I take him, it’s closed. Finally convinced him to give it another try, because I’m a big fan as well. I got him all hyped up to stop there on the way to daycare. Get there. Park. Walk to the bakery. You guessed it—closed! On a random Friday with a sign on the door saying closed for the holidays. What holidays?? He was so disappointed. I will not bother again.
An amazing spot, make incredible by its PHENOMENAL food. Truly the BEST sourdough and BEST croissant I’ve ever had. The only downside is the irregular hours: it seems like they close early often, because I’ve shown up twice before during “regular” hours and the shop was closed. But this makes it even more exciting when you can get here because it’s that much more special. Recommend ten times over!

Love their sourdough
Especially the walnut sourdough
No longer a big fan of their pastries
But the quality of their sourdough is quite stable.

Ok. Breakfast sandwich had a bit too much sprouts but otherwise taste was good. Coffee was tasty.

I really wanted to try the baked goods. However, despite their maps listing and sign on the floor saying they were open on Sundays they were not and they're was no note saying why. Hopefully next time I go out will be open but this time I'm calling first.
Nice upscale cafe / bakery
