We went to Look Ho Ho around 6:30pm on Saturday November 1st. We were told to sit anywhere and they would come and clean the table. No one came until we called someone over after 15 minutes.
We placed our order and my and my daughter’s orders came out about 30minutes later. My wife’s order took another 15 minutes and it was wrong. Took another ten minutes to be corrected and returned to her.

Horrible customer service, probably the worst I have ever encountered to be honest. If you enjoy being belittled, being called a liar, and spending 3 hours on a takeout fiasco LOOK no further this is the place for you. Make sure you repeat what you are ordering SEVERAL times. Make sure they repeat it back to you SEVERAL times.
