We were really looking forward to our first visit, especially getting to sit under the glass ceiling, but the experience ended up falling a bit flat. We were seated in an awkward corner, and when I asked about moving, the response felt a little dismissive and almost condescending. I totally understand if tables are held for reservations, but it was surprising to see them still empty when we left after being told we could not move because they were reserved.
Service was also a bit off. Our server didn’t seem very engaged, and the pacing was confusing, our oysters and mains all arrived at the same time even though we’d requested otherwise. Nothing was terrible, just not the welcoming experience we expected for a first visit. Hoping it was just an off night. Probably won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

This needed to be done because all of my friends asked for a refund.. :/ the worst event i have ever gone to was lot6 Halloween 2025, Im not sure who designed the gate in the middle of the bar so you cant go in on the dance floor after waiting outside? Absolutely nuts. I brought my friends who flew out of province because lot6 was great last year… and it was.. this was nothing compared to what we experienced. For a later note if anyone is reading this make sure to call before hand to see if theres the gate and bad music .. private event or not i brought 10 people and we left within the hour half of my friends couldn't even get on the dance floor. You guys got a good brunch tho. Cheers

Very bad experience. When we were seated at the table, the first thing I noticed was the lack of light. We asked if it was possible to bring us two table lamps, and the waitress came with only one. It was impossible to read the menu properly. Secondly, and most unpleasant, I FOUND A HAIR IN THE BURGER, and to top it all off, the waitress was incompetent and couldn't explain herself. We asked her if the fries or salad were included with the burger. She said yes, but then they charged us extra: $5 for some regular fries and $16 for a bad burger with dry, tough, flavorless meat. One of the worst dinners I've ever had. Don't come here if you want a good dinner. Expensive, poor service, and poor quality.

We got tickets but still didn’t get in. A lot of people complained because there were lines on both sides, and the bouncers didn’t seem to know what was going on. They were letting people in who had just arrived and didn’t even line up. As a result, the people who did line up ended up waiting for hours, even though they had tickets. Worst service ever. Don't come here.
The food and service was amazing. I went for brunch and had the steak and eggs and I have no complaints. The mimosas were also made perfectly and I'll definitely be going back.

Do not buy tickets for an event here. They substantially oversold tickets. The doors opened at 10. People who were there shortly after 11 were not able to get in despite having paid for tickets. I got early bird tickets thankfully so I was only out $15 but others had paid $30+ for their tickets. Very shady practice. Will not be attending any future events.

Never go to an event here. If you buy tickets ($30+) it means nothing. You get stuck in line outside and inside. They cant keep track of patrons so the fire code means nothing although they keep people out under this justification. We felt super stuck after thinking we would be safe with tickets. Poor experience for sure.
