Daughter and I went for dinner before her deployment. 2nd time being there in a couple years, visiting from out of town. Thoroughly enjoyed the oyster happy hour. So fresh, tasty and the very definition of perfect oysters. My daughter had the ribs and salad. Tender and very tasty, zero complaints. Price was more than reasonable. Gemma was absolutely an amazing server. Kind, courteous and very attentive. Thank you Gemma.

Three of us ordered eggs Benedict--two regular and one Korean. All were very bland. In addition, they were lukewarm and one even had some eggshell in it. Service was also poor--too few waitstaff. Coffee took forever to come and only after we chased someone down. AND two different washrooms on different floors had no toilet paper.

Incredible atmosphere. Put me in mind of the prohibition days when people would go "underground" to hidden spots to enjoy a drink. Great atmosphere and fast service. Enjoyed the ribs and calamari especially

Food is mediocre. Don't but tickets for any event here. They have a capacity for the dance floor that is separate from the venue, which means your group will more than likely be out by the bar or be split up. Bought tickets for NYE and left after 20 mins. The manager was also pretty dismissive.

Great food and atmosphere in the atrium. Happy hour brisket and biscuit with drink was delicious!
We were really looking forward to our first visit, especially getting to sit under the glass ceiling, but the experience ended up falling a bit flat. We were seated in an awkward corner, and when I asked about moving, the response felt a little dismissive and almost condescending. I totally understand if tables are held for reservations, but it was surprising to see them still empty when we left after being told we could not move because they were reserved.
Service was also a bit off. Our server didn’t seem very engaged, and the pacing was confusing, our oysters and mains all arrived at the same time even though we’d requested otherwise. Nothing was terrible, just not the welcoming experience we expected for a first visit. Hoping it was just an off night. Probably won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.
