My father and I were out for supper and a show, and he saw this restaurant being show cased on TV and he told me about it. I made a reservation for the 2 of us. When we arrived we were greeted and seated. The atmosphere, was okay, nothing really stood out to me. It is also very small inside and maybe holds 10 to 12 tables. During our stay the heat pump on the wall started leaking, and water was all over the floor, when we left i noticed the sleeve of my jacket was soaked. I informed the staff once i noticed the leak in the middle of our supper and they tried to clean it up best as they could. Also had extremely annoying fruit fly's flying around us the whole time and kept having to shoo them away. The thing i was most disappointed about was the price for the charcuterie board. This was not a charcuterie board, literally just samples. 1 slice of bread, two tringles of cheese, 5 tiny pieces of meat, and a tiny dish of olives....for $24.... that is robbery. My jaw dropped when it was delivered to the table. I couldn't believe that was it for $24.... A Mono has a way better board, for $26 and it feeds at least two people for an appetizer. Also at the end of the meal, we felt pressure to get out, as i was asked while i was still eating my pizza if we were interested in dessert. The waiter even said "i know its rude to ask while still eating, but do you think you would be interested in dessert, if not i will bring the bill..." Overall - atmosphere was meh, nothing special, heat pump should be fixed, fruit fly problem needs to be address if this is suppose to be upscale dining, and make it an actual charcuterie board, not a small plate that wouldn't even feed a baby for $24..... Some positives: Pizza was excellent - I had Lou Campagna and my father had Lou Fada - also expensive but worth a try. If you go- Just get pizza
This is an amazing place to meet our friends and celebrate birthday. We really enjoying this wonderful place, with great food.
First time at Lou Pecou and it didn't disappoint. Appetizers were very good especially the meatballs! Caesar salad could have handled more garlic but it's not a complaint we love garlic! Our pizzas were top notch! The Fanny and the Lou Fada were delicious! The Don Camilo very good! Our service was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind and friendly! We will be back!
Food always delivers, usually the service is fantastic but my recent visit I think they hired a new guy which really isn't up to the mark. Don't know his name because he never introduced himself.
Ingredients were 10/10, as was the service when asked for an off menu item. We had an authentica and the ham and blue cheese done gluten free, both were excellent. Will be back to try more.
I usually never write bad reviews but think I have to for this order. I have been to the restaurant before and liked the pizza especially the dough so I’ve ordered for take out few times. Tonight I received my order pretty fast (from Uber delivery) and was very much looking forward to the dessert which I always get (chocolate buckwheat cookie x3). However I found a piece of hair inside baked. I’m sure everyone will agree, that when you find foreign hair inside your food it just puts you off from eating it. I’m so disappointed as I liked this dessert very much. It’s put me off from going there or ordering from here again. I hope their quality control improves and maybe I could go back.

Grabbed a pepperoni pizza for takeout. It was very good, but also pretty small for the price. If you want very good pizza no matter the quantity or cost, this is a great option.

We were the first ones to arrive to the restaurant with a reservation on a busy Saturday evening. Unfortunately we were sat right on the entrance, we asked to be moved inside since we had a baby with us and concerned about the wind every time the door opens and the sheet amount of people will be passing. Unfortunately the host informed us this cannot be possible since they are full. Resulting our child getting cold, throughout the dinner. Some folks, delivery drivers and staff tackling on the highchair... Nothing too alarming, but again, with a baby everything tends to be a bit more intense. Our service did not start for about 20 minutes, partially because we moved around a bit and we are only assuming he was trying to give us our space. Which unfortunately was not what we needed. Again if you know, you know. A dining experience is just a bit more hectic with a little one and our server has very little experience with new families, as many fragile items kept getting placed in front of the baby, which can get hazardous. Our drinks and food were exceptional as expected. Really cannot hype them up enough, and we will be keep coming back to enjoy your culinary vision. Service got better towards the end, and our server actually started paying attention to our needs and tried making our experience better. However there were many opportunities in the first 3/4 of our experience that he could make a difference and needless to say we found our server lacking motivation to be more hospitable than a random diner server would needed to be. Again, he had a strong finish, which tells me that he can be good-great, unfortunately was not our experience.
Absolutely delicious. We had a pizza the Fado and the Bolognese pasta was gorgeous - full of flavor and we paired with a red blend glass each. We had started with a prosecco each and olives. Total with taxes, tip $150.
Our first visit to this quaint restaurant. Friendly service in a bustling bistro style atmosphere. Our server was helpful with suggestion and very knowledgable about the menu. We had a few appetizers followed by 2 flavourful pizzas with the most amazing crust. We were full but opted to take two tiramisus home for a treat later. Everything was wonderful and we can not wait to return.

Table for 2 was the reservation; showed up 10 mins early and were seated right away. Plenty of time given by staff after introductions for a beverage order. Suggestions on cocktails by wait staff was excellent. Ordered 2 pizzas and the Pizza (with a capital P) was absolutely incredible. Nothing more to say, my words couldn't do it justice. If you are looking for a fresh, well prepared, tasty, and authentic pizza experience Lou Pecou is it.

We came for the second time yesterday! We ordered the first pizza on the menu. The taste was good, but both my husband and I experienced different symptoms of diarrhea afterward… I almost had to go to the hospital! Suddenly I had severe abdominal pain, palpitations, dizziness, and nausea! I was vomiting while having diarrhea! I still haven’t recovered and can’t eat anything, and my husband was still having diarrhea the next day… I’m not sure if it was caused by the pizza’s side ingredient, the pickled mushrooms… it was a terrible experience.
