There is a Nespresso kiosk at the Halifax shopping center. It is always busy and there is always a lineup, however, they are going to be moving to a permanent location in the mall very soon. The staff were very helpful with samples to try and a positive attitude. To make it easier for customers to make choices. Le staff member walks through the lineup and shows customers a menu of coffee choices both to buy and possibly to try out when we get to the front of the line.There is a drop off at this location for used coffee discs (Great). We have recently bought an Nespresso machine. We buy special foil on Amazon to refill and cover these discs, rather than bring them back.Even if you refill them, you will need to buy quite a few discs. We have done that, and we have tried many of the choices provided. We will always buy some, and we will always refill some.

Terrible service. My parents tried to return a Christmas gift (someone already had) with receipt on January 11. Was informed that the return window for holiday gifts closed on January 7 (which is ridiculous and also, 4 days late, really?) explained that my dad had experienced a significant health issue over the holidays so no one was thinking about returning a milk frother. Met with zero empathy and told no exceptions. Will 100% avoid.Oh and when they asked for a manager, she claimed to be the manager on duty. Great job! Perfect way to lose customers.

I always have a such a nice experience here! The staff are all very attentive and really allow me to take my time asking questions.I feel like with a big purchase like a Nespresso machine, it’s important that I know what the heck I’m actually purchasing and the staff here didn’t make me feel rushed while telling me the difference between machines, etc. thank you everyone! Can’t wait to be back for some sleeves.

Super helpful and friendly service at this boutique today! Came in for a new machine, coffee, and all the accoutrements and the staff member diligently helped me find the best deal for what I needed. There was a bit of a wait in line but it was no problem as the staff made sure everyone had a free coffee to keep busy while we waited!

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes they have great deals if you buy a certain number of sleeves, so be sure to check with them. Overall excellent experience for such a small location.

Absolutely love this place! Love the coffee, and the staff here are always super helpful and offer great customer service. Busy during the weekends, we do get free coffee tasting while waiting in line.

My friend out of town placed an order for pick up, but I wasn’t a member so they wouldn’t even look it up to see if it’s there. Horrible customer service, the one person who was actually trying to help kept getting shut down by the manager

Showed up 1 minute past closing after driving 20 minutes into the city to get some sleeves and refused service, rude staff. Surprised they wouldn’t considering when they are open you can’t get out of there without saying no 100 times from trying to sell you 100 things you don’t need. Will only be ordering online.

I visited the Nespresso boutique today to purchase a sleeve of coffee. Buying Nespresso is a treat for me, so I don’t buy many sleeves at once. After I was finished telling the cashier my order of one sleeve, he commented in an extremely condescending voice “you came all this way and you’re only purchasing one pack, one pack of coffee??”. I was stunned, as he was very rude. I said yes and he rang me through. He then said in a condescending voice again, your grand total is $9.25, nine whole dollars. I paid and left. Worst customer service. This experience makes me not want to purchase any more Nespresso capsules again. Any customer service rep of a store should be pleased with any purchase. Making rude remarks about the quantity being purchased is not acceptable.
