I always have a such a nice experience here! The staff are all very attentive and really allow me to take my time asking questions.I feel like with a big purchase like a Nespresso machine, it’s important that I know what the heck I’m actually purchasing and the staff here didn’t make me feel rushed while telling me the difference between machines, etc. thank you everyone! Can’t wait to be back for some sleeves.
Super helpful and friendly service at this boutique today! Came in for a new machine, coffee, and all the accoutrements and the staff member diligently helped me find the best deal for what I needed. There was a bit of a wait in line but it was no problem as the staff made sure everyone had a free coffee to keep busy while we waited!

There is a Nespresso kiosk at the Halifax shopping center. It is always busy and there is always a lineup, however, they are going to be moving to a permanent location in the mall very soon. The staff were very helpful with samples to try and a positive attitude. To make it easier for customers to make choices.
