Beautiful location, that would be the highlight of our experience.
Was there with my family and the food and meal service was so disappointing.
The calamari starter was recommended by our server. Unfortunately it was over cooked, rubbery and super salty.
The chowder was served at the same time as our meal. So one or the other was going to be cold.
Too bad - the location is amazing, but there is better food at the university cafeteria
When we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and kindness. My friend and I joined the beautiful patio on the glistening Halifax Waterfront for lunch. As many know this is a beautiful scene, but what makes it more of a sight is when you receive such smiles and service of kindness! Beautiful View at Sunset -duh. Was pleasantly low decibals to the rest of the Buslin' Boardwalk -so the escape from that was Solace. The fancy fries were worth the $4 Upgrade -the single Scallop was not. I ain't guna Lie it was the best lil Scallop therefore I vote Double It in size to make it Definitely worth It. Continuing On... Disappointed in the Sangria's absence of Berries -$13 glass I expect more Bougie then simply a Lemon & Lime garnish. The elegant fries made up for it...read full review
