I placed an order for garlic bread from Pizza Pizza at 12:04 for delivery and paid a $6 delivery fee. However, my order didn’t arrive until 1:05 and the restaurant is at 8 min drive When I asked the delivery driver, Kunal, why it was so late, he simply said, “That’s how it works.” To make things worse, when I opened the box, the garlic bread wasn’t even cut — they just sent the whole loaf. I’m really disappointed with the experience.

I’ve ordered from here three times in a row, and every single time they charge me for dipping sauce but never include it in the order. It’s really frustrating and disappointing. If I’m paying for something, I expect it to actually be in the bag. Not ordering again until they fix this.
