Leaving one staff member to run this place during lunchtime rush on the WEEKEND of halcon an event that easily has over 5000 people every year. Poor guy is making the food taking orders and everything. And I almost guarantee he’s not getting paid more than 17$ this is not the right way to treat your employees if you didn’t have enough staff to operate don’t open. Sincerely someone who’s going on an hour waiting for one slice of pepperoni pizza. As a big company, DO BETTER.

Just updating here they don’t close at 2 or the time that it says on their closing time. They keep it open and charge extra after the closing for the pizzas. Just be cautious and don’t fall for their trap. The basic Indian money earning mindset trap. Look at the time in picture it says 02:25 AM, and when you check on google or their official website they close @ 02:00 AM.

It's filthy. I came in right when they opened and there was already food under tables, on tables, finger smudges on the dividing glass, it was just clear that they don't actually clean this establishment. And every negative review gets the same form letter copy&paste reply.

Very disappointed! In town for an IWK appointment and waited an hour for my order which is fine if it wasn’t smushed when I received it. We got our order and I had a very upset little girl because her section of pizza was smushed in the box! When I complained, the best they could do was give me a $10 credit when I paid $50 for it!

My experience at Pizza Pizza in Halifax was surprisingly disappointing, especially coming from Ottawa where I'm a regular and always find satisfying vegetarian slice options. Upon visiting the Halifax branch for a quick meal during a conference, I learned that the sole vegetarian single-slice offering was plain cheese. This is quite a contrast to what I experience in Ottawa. I believe that catering to vegetarian diners should be a standard offering, not an exception, in all restaurant locations, particularly for accessible options like single slices. I hope Pizza Pizza will consider expanding their vegetarian slice selection in Halifax to align with the inclusive practices I've come to appreciate elsewhere.

Terrible experience. After waiting more than 70 minutes, I received a cold, broken pizza with just base sauce and no toppings. The helpline was useless. Completely unacceptable quality and service — would not recommend ordering from here.
Absolutely awful service. After waiting well over an hour, what arrived was a cold, broken pizza with only sauce and no toppings on 3/4 pizza. When I called for help, the helpline was dismissive. This place clearly doesn’t care about quality or customers — avoid at all costs.

Store closing time at store shows 4 am everyday but everytime any 1 orders after 2 pm they accept order and when any uber doordash driver reach store its closed I dont understand what is the issue with timings here
