The chef's selected nigiri sushi dish includes salmon, tuna, mackerel, red snapper, cooked eel, scallop, Japanese clam, cooked octopus, yellow tail, and shrimp. The nori wrapping for the maki has a deep umami scent, and the miso soup stands out with a unique umami flavor. Although the nigiri tasted okay, the fish cuts were thin and slightly small. Customers can enjoy good green tea for just a dollar, and standard house Gekkeikan sake is available. The deluxe sushi lunch and daily specials are recommended, with unagi being a highlight dish.
