My wife and I had dinner here this past Saturday. Our first but not last visit to Ragazzi. The service and atmosphere was wonderful and our meals were absolutely delicious. We can't wait to go back.
Ragazzi Restobar completely blew me away with their pasta dishes! Every bite was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pasta was cooked to perfection just the way it should be and the sauces were bursting with authentic Italian flavor. You can really taste the passion and care that goes into each dish. I tried the alfredo pasta, and it was hands down one of the best pasta meals I've ever had. The ambiance is cozy and stylish, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even better. If you're a pasta enthusiast, Ragazzi is an absolute must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

To say Ragazzi was a disappointment is an understatement. My partner and I visited Ragazzi to celebrate an anniversary — we were extremely excited because of the reviews online and the photos of the food and atmosphere.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a host who had obviously sat us at the wrong table; to explain further, she kept asking us if we wanted to move to another table (the table she was pointing at was crowded and tiny). Once our server had arrived, we ordered drinks and began to look at the menu. Before we could properly look ANOTHER server had come to our table and introduced himself. Over the course of the night, approximately 4 different people were either taking our order or performing duties which our server should have. We are still not certain who our server was.
To get a glass of water, we waited 15 minutes. For our cocktails, we waited another 15 on top of that. Let that sink in. 30 minutes for a drink. The only thing that was keeping me there was the hope that the food and drinks would be as good as the music and atmosphere. Spoiler alert - it was not.
After the meal, I asked to speak to the manager because I was not happy with the service or the food and beverage. I also saw the tables next to me do the same thing. I started talking to the other tables and they were all celebrating as well, and were receiving the same horrific service. To be honest, the only good part of the dinner was the conversation I had struck with the other diners.
Now, I am saying this as a server of 4 years. I have experience in the field, and I would like to think I am pretty good at my job. Normally, the bare minimum is to keep classes filled and the night smooth. Neither were accomplished by our server(s). It got to the point that I wanted to stand up and fill the water of the other tables because they had not been spoken to for 30+ minutes. When we left I literally gave the table next to us our water jug (unused) because they were seated for so long without any attention.
When we asked for the bill (which the manager said he would take care of some things), the bill had zero modifications. I told the server to please check this with the manager. She returned and gave us A DIFFERENT tables bill, but I was so frustrated that I paid the bill and left.
Now for the food. It was average. The bruschetta was fine, however I had to construct it at the table myself (think charcuterie in a bruschetta form). This would have been completely fine, if I was expecting to have to do this. However, at the price point I should not have to do that.
We ordered two pastas. The gnocchi and the penne alla (pesto crème sauce). When it got to the table, the gnocchi had the wrong sauce and we sent it back. The other pasta was left to get cold at the table (I wanted to wait for my partners meal before dining).
As a server, I take pride in the fact that the food served at my restaurant is good and the service is fantastic. When there are mistakes, I remedy them to the best of my ability, but this was not done. The reason I tip people 22%+ is because of the fact that I recognize all of the little things done to make a night spectacular, however, I cannot do this in good conscience when every single little detail was ignored.
Anyways, we are deeply disappointed. At least it makes a good story?

I was very excited to come celebrate my birthday at Ragazzi after hearing good things, but to my surprise the service was highly disappointing. We waited 30-40 minutes for our appetizer that was nothing more than cheese and bread. The server told us they were out of the normal bread it comes with, yet the table beside us got the same appetizer after only 10 minutes of waiting and with the normal bread.
After this, we waited even longer for our mains to come out and no one came to check on us. We finished up and I asked for my leftover pasta to be boxed up to-go, and the waitress came back with my pasta wrapped in paper saying they ran out of boxes. We called over the manager and complained but he rolled his eyes at us and didn’t care to listen. The bill was finally brought over and we were charged an incorrect amount for drinks after we specifically ordered off the happy hour menu.
I was very unhappy to deal with this service on my birthday and I will not be back to Ragazzi.

If you’re thinking about eating at Ragazzi, save yourself the disappointment. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
The service was beyond terrible—completely inattentive and dismissive. To make matters worse, the waiting staff actually lied to us multiple times, insisting our meals were “on the way” when it was clear they had been forgotten. By the time the food finally arrived, it was late and a bit cold—unacceptable for any restaurant that claims to take pride in its food.
Instead of acknowledging the mistakes, the staff doubled down with excuses and attitude, which only made the experience worse. The manager even came over and didn’t take me seriously when I gave him my complaint as he rolled his eyes and walked away. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least basic professionalism, but Ragazzi failed spectacularly on every front.

I visited Ragazzi for the first time for Tuesday Jazz Night. It was overall a great atmosphere and the food was incredible - the chicken parm was recommended to me and I loved it. Leonardo, the owner, was very personable and great to talk to. Will definitely visit again soon

This restaurant is a standout in every possible way. I’ve dined here several times now, and they’ve never missed the mark. The menu changes seasonally, which keeps things interesting, but the quality and consistency are always top-notch. The last time I visited, I had a slow-cooked lamb dish that was absolutely divine — tender, flavorful, and expertly balanced with seasonal sides. The wine list is extensive and thoughtfully curated, and the staff really knows their stuff when it comes to pairings. The ambiance is sophisticated but not stuffy, making it suitable for both date nights and relaxed dinners with friends. Always a fantastic experience.

Absolutely amazing dining experience. We came in for a special occasion and were thoroughly impressed. The service was attentive from start to finish — we never had to flag anyone down, and everyone was friendly and professional. The food was next-level. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. I had the mushroom risotto, which was rich and creamy without being too heavy. My husband had the lamb shank and it was fall-off-the-bone tender. The wine list was impressive and reasonably priced. The decor is modern and tasteful, with soft lighting and just the right level of background music. This place is perfect for date night or celebrating something special. 10/10 would recommend.

We read reviews thought we would give this place a try! Well the food was basic nothing overly special but the worse part was as we was sitting there the “ waitress supervisor “ belittled the wait staff in front of us I was in shock and had to leave before I said something!! If this is how you run your restaurant shame on you!! We definitely won’t be returning

Amazing food! Very slow service, had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to take our order and again had to wait a long time for someone to bring our bill. Live music was not the best. But our gnocchi and vodka pasta was delicious.

Ragazzi is truly a gem! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with such warmth and care that immediately set the tone for the evening. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and elegant, making it ideal for both a casual night out or a special occasion.
A huge part of what made our experience unforgettable was the service. Toby and Leonardo went above and beyond—attentive without ever being overbearing, friendly while still professional, and so genuinely invested in making sure we had the best time. Their recommendations were spot on, and they made the evening feel personal and special.
The food, of course, was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted like it was made with love, and paired perfectly with the inviting environment and thoughtful service.
It’s rare to find a place that gets everything so right, but Ragazzi does. Thanks to Toby and Leonardo, it wasn’t just a dinner, it was an experience.
