Had placed an order for tourtiere pies and even called in before pick, to confirm the closing time, and when I arrived they didn’t have my order. Julienne is who I spoke to and he was very uncaring, no apology, that I drove 35 minutes to pick them up for dinner that evening. Very disappointed and will not be going there again. Not recommended. Poor customer service. Zero stars.
Wonderful selection and service. The only place to go for charcuterie and cheese. They also have a great cafe in the back now.

The selection of cheese and charcuterie is outstanding, and every sandwich or soup is incredibly good, generous, and relatively inexpensive. Guests can enjoy a delicious lunch while the owner works hard behind the glass, crafting incredible charcuterie and preparing fresh, flavorful meals. Recently, a ham sandwich smothered in broiled raclette was highlighted as a top choice. The warm ambiance features dim lighting and soft jazz, creating a cozy and upscale feel without being pretentious—a perfect setting for deep conversations. Visitors often feel like a kid in a candy shop, with excellent customer service and delicious new items to try. The shop features a cool food counter in the back that opens only Thursday to Saturday, serving the most delicious sandwiches, including a highly recommended beef brisket made with care and precision. This place makes every visit a memorable experience for food enthusiasts, and the vibe is warm and welcoming.
