For the rest of bow that filling with beef is the beef soup.A little comment on amount of meat in noodle soup bow. I am vegan and to my surprise Pho Maniac customizes amazing vegan food on request. We ordered one vegan pho bowl, fresh vegan rolls and spicy tofu. I definitely recommend this if you are vegan and they do have lots of vegetarian and meat options.
