Just extra explanation for people who love to explore new foods, Ban Bo Hue is the pork bone soup with chili oil. I am vegan and to my surprise Pho Maniac customizes amazing vegan food on request. We ordered one vegan pho bowl, fresh vegan rolls and spicy tofu. I definitely recommend this if you are vegan and they do have lots of vegetarian and meat options.
