Found this place on the waterfront in Halifax on 2nd of Jan 2026, and decided to try the culinary foods presented to us at this restaurant. We didn’t make a reservation, however they accommodated us and sat us by the bar due to all tables being reserved ahead of us. We had hesitations about our choice at first because we thought the seating at the bar/working counter was going to be uncomfortable but we were fortunately wrong. Nice chairs and cozy spot. The food was quite good, was a bit shocked to receive our dessert in what appears to be a to go container whilst eating in. No other visitors appeared to have their desserts presented as so, twas actually the beauty of a fellow customers dessert which inspired us to order this one.
We sampled a variety of dishes from the menu, and every single one was fantastic. The food exceeded expectations, and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed after a hectic hockey tournament weekend.
