This was the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time!! I’m recently diagnosed with celiac disease and our server Kendra was super knowledgeable and so kind!! There are a ton of gluten free options and substitutions that can be done, and they’re equally as delicious as regular gluten options.
10/10 recommend for anyone, but especially fellow gluten free folk!

This has become pur favourite restaurant. The food is delicious, well presented and reasonably priced, especially the 3 courses for $30! The staff are incredibly attentive and fun to be around and the atmosphere is delightful. If you haven't been, you are missing out!

We went for our 7th anniversary and at first we were sat next to a loud party table. I asked if it would be possible to move to a different spot because it was our anniversary, but no big deal if we couldn’t because they were busy. The server agreed the party table was loud and moved us to a cozier spot. The mozza sticks were amazing! We also did the build your own meatballs and it was delicious. At the end, I said we were too stuffed for dessert and we’d have to come back and try the tiramisu. When our server came with our bill, she said she heard it was our anniversary and gave us a tiramisu for free! Currently eating that at home and it is also amazing. 10/10 food and service. Thank you for making our night special! Will absolutely be back!

My friend & I shared the Mozza sticks which were delicious!! I had Chicken Parm & my friend had a mushroom pasta dish & we both loved it. Atmosphere is a little loud, but otherwise great!

The mozza sticks were ok-ish taste wise.. the risotto balls were delicious but they were 1 1/4” size balls & you only got 4 of them & the chicken parm was so soggy & I didn’t want the alfredo sauce on my pasta & asked for tomato sauce instead & it was so salty which paired with the soggy chicken made it a 3/10, but the worst part is their dishes!! They look & have the same texture as a cast iron skillet but even more textured & when you scrape your fork & knife across it, it makes that unbearable scraping noise that makes my ears & teeth hurt so I had to be conscious every time I scooped up food not to make that noise & completely lose it!! The service & people that work there are quite amazing though!!

Sketi and Ball is definetly a hidden gem in Halifax! From when we entered to when we left, the service was personable and fantastic. The food was some of the best I've had in a while. Would 100% recommend for the perfect date night!

Was excited to come here and didn’t disappoint, awesome addition to Argyle St, food and service were both incredible. Fresh pasta across the board was great in all of our dishes, food is all clearly made with care.
Sam served our table and gave us great, friendly and attentive service even on a very busy Friday night. Highly highly recommend for anybody looking for good food, especially if you have an eye for fresh pasta and good hospitality.
Loved the service Kendra gave us and overall vibe of the restaurant, but the food was lacking flavour depth. We got the garlic bread, chicken parm and creamy mushroom & chicken fettuccine, all three dishes tasted bland. Unfortunate given the things we read about the place.
