The worst!
I understand that the food and beverage industry is short staffed right now. I want to be kind to those who show up. However, I think it would be best practice to let your customers know you are short staffed and that after waiting in a line up to order for over 10 minutes that it would be another 20 before the drinks are made. I was quite disappointed this morning. I understand that when you work in a restaurant/fast food service place you are always trying to beat your fastest record time. I went through drive through this morning as it was raining and cold. The lady that served me my drink wiped off my cup as there was syrup running down the side. I said thank you and took my drink. The drinks were good, Blonde espresso Lattes were great! Pumpkin loaf was great too! Great customer service, great product, nice clean looking building and restaurant.
