Love the coffee , much better than Starbucks
Friendly staff , hot tea are the good comments...the bad ones in store 745am looking at the floor in the seating area had not been swept in days, as far as cleaning tables after customers leave ... nope 4 let from 4 different tables no one came to wipe then down ..so much for covid rules
We frequently visit this place and find the service and food excellent. The place is on a busy area so occasionally gets crowded. But I find the staff here very helpful and cooperative.

Tim Hortons is a bustling spot, especially during peak hours. Despite the crowds, the staff work efficiently to keep up with demand. The atmosphere remains calm, and the bathrooms are clean. Visitors can expect a familiar Tim Hortons experience.
The restaurant has recently undergone a makeover, which looks nice. Customers prefer the booths compared to the crowded tables. However, the location is not cleaned often enough, and the hand dryer has not been working for the past 9 out of 10 visits.
The staff are generally accurate and efficient, with one location being the fastest in the area. While some staff could be friendlier, the service is good, especially during busy times when the team is struggling with less staff. A particular staff member, Raj, was noted for her nice and impressive service.
The layout of the store is nice and roomy, with a good selection of donuts and muffins available. The staff, including a cashier in training, are well-spoken and helpful. While some tables may be a bit messy during peak hours, the overall experience is positive.
