I went here with my mom today to get a drink and forgot to ask for a water earlier. Normally, when we go here and ask for water they'd give it to us, but this time we were told to go back in line. I understand that its busy but I myself work at a Starbucks and never would never say that to a customer. It is very disappointing.

I was at this location on 12/17/2023 between 1:30 and 2:00. The restaurant was absolutely slammed, lined up right out the door. Kudos to the staff working for keeping calm and taking care of everyone as quickly and efficiently as they were able to!

Absolutely, unpleasant experience, rude and unoffical staff, If I were the business owner, I would have kicked two ladies right away, super rude supervisor counting cash, my reward card wasn't working somehow no help, we can't do anything she said in a rude way. I asked for tissues as the box was empty, and the staff member said I was broke. It's okay to be on break, at least tell colleagues to help, and was waiting there for tissues.
