I was at this location on 12/17/2023 between 1:30 and 2:00. The restaurant was absolutely slammed, lined up right out the door. Kudos to the staff working for keeping calm and taking care of everyone as quickly and efficiently as they were able to!
Service is hit or miss, wait times are horrible.... doesn't matter the time of day when I order a drink I'm waiting 15 mins on average. The staff are dismissive, annoyed and it's overall a very annoying atmosphere. I miss Second Cup so

I went here with my mom today to get a drink and forgot to ask for a water earlier. Normally, when we go here and ask for water they'd give it to us, but this time we were told to go back in line. I understand that its busy but I myself work at a Starbucks and never would never say that to a customer. It is very disappointing.
