“On the way to work I decided to stop in here as it was a presentation of my son's school before I had to leave to work and I needed to check email. The wife and I bought some food and sat in the corner of the establishment. It was one word cozy.Just a spot I've passed every day. The service was good and all consider stopping there if I'm getting breakfast in the morning again.

“The typical Subway experience although with this location I have found that they never quite get the efficiency thing down that so many locations have mastered. Even with 4 people on the line, they still seem to move slower than most. They also get a bit cheeky with the credit card tips, once in a while setting their machine to default to tips around 18-20%, meaning you have to opt out rather than opt in.“
“I just went in to this Subway for a quick dinner as I’m too burnt out to cook. I wish I got the employees name because she deserves a raise! When I walked in, I could hear she was already in a wholesomely friendly conversation with the customer ahead of her, discussing and bonding over their culture and speaking Punjabi.
When it was my turn to order, I do not say this lightly, she made me the BeST subway sandwich I’ve ever had.
I try not to be too demanding but she clued in to every word I spoke in regards to veggie amounts, sauce amount (I like lots of veggies, little sauce) and she nailed it, as if she’s been taking my Subway order forever.
She was also smart with business and tried to upsell me, but knew to smile and understand because I don’t need a drink (I have Gatorade at home).
Instead, I ordered one cookie along my sub. When she packaged my cookie, another crumbled and she put in the extra cookie pieces stating “I’d rather not waste it” (again with a smile)- I will always appreciate an employee not wanting to waste food in this economy and being generous instead of unnecessarily wasteful.
Based on the customer service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff I experienced.. I don’t go in person to subway often, but if I do it will be here.

“I have been customer for this location from long time as mostly I do online order. Every time it is good, But today, I am not satisfied. As per online menu, Tandoori Spiced Mozza is veggie, but when I get sandwich, it taste like meat. So, in the first 6 inch, I took out the chicken patty and have it but other 6 inch, I asked to confirm whether it is veggie or not.That lady was saying that it is meat, so I asked if they can replace the other half as I do not eat meat, but she said they cannot do as it was online order.I am not a complain person, so I did not discuss more, but simple feedback is that on the app, that sandwich showing under veggie section, so it needs to be fixed.“

Right off the bat, proper handwashing, changing gloves, and all the common sense things at a restaurant, such as proper hygiene and practices, were followed.
I went to the Subway in Bedford at the Sobey’s plaza, and it was awful. That’s where I went every week, and what I saw was terrible. When I reached out to the owner, he said it’s a lot better than them coming out back and using their bare hands. I was a bit thrown off because if that’s how you want to run your restaurant at that standard, I don’t want to contribute any business to it.
Secondly, the attitude of your staff is incredible and makes all the difference. Please thank your staff; I am very impressed.“

The food is fresher than most subways and there is a cafe attached to the ordering counter for those looking for cafe treats to go with their sub. The washrooms are customer only. The service is usually quick but not the most friendly. Its locality to the downtown area, especially Argyle St, makes this a no brainier for a cheap meal among the more expensive restaurants in this area.
Vegetarian options: The veggie delite is a fantastic vegetarian option.
